Seven and his team were very swift responders. Maricel, one of his staff, was very reliable and quick to take action upon my requests. Minor tweaks and upgrade need to be done on the furnishings and linens. The cockroach infestation is a problem in Poblacion but can be easily dealt with by fumigation prior to guest arrival. I love the view from my room and having the view to the pool from the hallway on the 38th floor. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and will surely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you Seven and team for a most wonderful stay.

The room is great but in our last night the owners staff entered our room without permission. The day before our check out nov.9 they changed the doorknob without telling us and when we entered all the appliances are unplugged. We did also pay 500pesos for the doorknob to change because we thought it’s our fault that the doorknob is broken. The Gramercy staff is willing to help so they let us check the cctv. That’s why we know that the staff changed the doorknob without telling us. The owner staff called us they willing to refund half of what we paid but he didn’t pay anything . When we came back to japan the next day nov.10 I’m still waiting for his message until the next day my brother sent him message “he said still out of the country so he can’t send the money right away”. He promised to send it right away on nov.10 but he didn’t. Until now! This is the worst part of our trip our flight is 7:20am we have to go to the airport by 4:30am the debate last until 3am because we came back to the hotel 11pm past I think, we didn’t sleep because of this matter and ending they didn’t pay the refund that they promised. don't trust the owner of this rooms because they can't be trusted. The trouble they made us had no good result. Even the air bnb they didn’t help us with this complaint.
