Comfortable and spacious. Colonial Cottage is in a quiet residential area approximately 7minute drive to Freemantle and very close to a Freemantle bus service.

Arrival instructions ok, had an issue with the electronic door locks - maybe user error. The aircon for both apartments is operated by a tablet and each apartment can control each other, whilst Perth had the heatwave ! The aircon struggled as the other tenants overrode the settings for ours. The aircon covers and filters could do with a good clean. The kitchen was usable but very limited on utensils. The extractor fan needs a good clean as it was very greasy along with the underneath if the cupboards. This might have been avoided if there where some lids for the frying pan. The lighting is poor at the sink and hob even though it looks like there was spotlights at some time. Only a twin slot toaster available for potentially 6 people. Overall the kitchen area would benefit from a deep clean and some more saucepans etc. The shower temperature was very erratic, maybe the hot water is also impacted by the apartment below. Fairly good location, 10min driveto the sea and a Coles 5 mins away.

Nice spot close to Fremantle. It was perfect for a few days. Host easy to deal with.
