尊敬的房客，请来享受我们修复精美、迷人的老房子，距离印度河仅一步之遥，步行仅需10分钟即可抵达历史悠久的可可村。必须年满25岁才能出租。 我们的2层楼、3间卧室、2个卫生间的房源最近进行了大规模的翻新，将公用设施（管道、电气、中央空调、窗户等）现代化改造，同时保留了房源的旧世界魅力。 所有3间卧室和主浴室均配有漂亮的爪足浴缸！ （然而，没有淋浴头）位于房源的第二层，而带淋浴的小卫生间位于主楼层的洗衣房旁边。 其中两间卧室配有标准双人床，主卧配有日式床垫。第三间卧室有两张单人床。 整栋房子装潢品味高雅。我们还进行了大部分清洁，没有任何有害化学品。我在所有床单和毛巾上使用低过敏性洗衣液。

The night before my wedding, my bridesmaids and I stayed at this lovely home. We had a nice relaxing evening and a great place to get ready in.
20 minutes from port Canaveral - great location for the night
We needed a place to stay the night before boarding our cruise, we quickly fell in love with the house! It was so beautiful and very peaceful. The kids absolutely loved the play room with the telescope and would sit and play forever. It was close enough to drive to the beach and had a beautiful lake at the end of the road which you could see from the house. Kelsy, was friendly from the time of booking messaging letting me know all information. As well as replying when I had a question. I would absolutely book again.
My friends and I loved this place and we would love to go back again. Very nicely decorated and nice touches. We loved the canopy and the fireplace outside. Kelsy was very helpful and responsive whenever I had a question or needed help. We would love to go again. Thank you Kelsy for having us.

Hello, I'm a stay at home mom raising three beautiful little girls. My family and I moved to Florida in 2015 from Montana. It was quite a culture shock at first, although we have not missed scraping windshields. When we moved here we found a home that we absolutely fell in love with. It was built in 1938, the era of homes we love!! It had an apartment built above what used to be a 2 car garage, now my husbands shop. We were not too familiar with vacation rentals at the time, but we had a close friend running one in a mountain town in Montana. My husband said lets try running a vacation rental. I was a little hesitant at first, but jumped in with both feet. I knew my passion has always been people. I love meeting new people and making new friends. I love making people comfortable and happy. I have also always loved serving others. With all of that being said, our little business has taken off and I couldn't be more elated! Come stay with us and just settle right in. Mi casa su casa!
