Katie’s place was perfect for me. I was looking to stay near the Cedar lakes park and this was exactly what I was looking for, cozy and quiet and with everything I needed.

I had a great stay at Katie’s place. It is small as described but cozy and has an efficient use of space. I was there for school at Chi University and it has everything I needed and was comfortable for studying. The TV wasn’t working but that wasn’t a huge deal as I wasn’t wanting to use it much anyways. The only thing was there was a strong scent. I don’t have severe allergies but can still be a bit sensitive to artificial scents. Other than that great stay!

Katie was friendly, responsive and very easy to work with. The place is in a fantastic location for nearby diving and was quiet and peaceful. I’d stay again when in the area :)
