The area is fantastic, with a 1 minute walk to the boardwalk. It was great having essentially 2 units, with 4 us traveling together to give some privacy. The units need sone TLC. Several of the floor tiles were loose and there were several holes I. The walls from previous amenities hanging there. The advertisement had beach gear and towels. We only found 2 beach towels for a place that technically sleeps 8. There were 4 beach chairs, 2 were damaged or broken, along with 1 beach umbrella. We replaced 1 chair and added an umbrella to the collection. There is a definite need for a mat or rug directly in front of the door to collect the sand. We had a broom but the sand was immense being so close to the beach. The shower drain in one unit was clogged, which I fixed using the plunger and we were only supplied with 2 half rolls of toilet paper. Overall everything was good, just know you need to do some of your own work renting the units.
Highly recommend. A few steps from Hollywood Beach Broadwalk, beach, restaurants and bike rentals. The place is quiet at night, safe and the parking spot is a plus! easy check in/out process.
The Art Deco bungalows were a great choice for our family. Conveniently located.
Great location!!! The check in instructions need some fine tuning. AC in unit 3 needs a tune up too but Beds are comfortable and bathroom is modern and nice Beach chairs are handy too Rooms are updated and roomy Parking spots are a plus too Worked for our family of 6
