I stayed at the house for a mums weekend away, it was the perfect location with the lake being a short walk and close enough for a couple of beach trips and a trip to a castle. The house was lovely and the living room and dinning room table were the perfect size for us all to sit around and relax. We had an amazing time and would defiantly consider staying again if we manage to arrange another weekend away.

We really enjoyed our few days here. Lots of space for 2 families and a very comfortable, well-equipped space. We enjoyed the Aga (which was super warm!) and went on several walks through the woods and around the lake. Lots of lovely, kind touches from the hosts to celebrate a 75th birthday in our group. Great location for sight-seeing: Sandringham, Hunstanton and Kings Lynn were all worth a visit - some really historic buildings in Kings Lynn. The nearby road is busier than we anticipated, and consequently a little noisier than we would have hoped for, but nothing that spoilt our time or prevented sleep! All in all a lovely stay.

Booked for a lovely long weekend with family and a puppy. Was perfect and absolutely found as pictured and presented! Great board games, the Wii (throwback!), hot tub was idyllic & great space for dining and entertainment. Secure garden area for the pup which saved the stress of wondering where he was!! A really wholesome vibe and would 100% book again. Amber was great for asking questions and providing flexibility on check in with parties coming from different areas of the UK too - thank you!

Homely spacious cottage, well equipped and photos don’t do it justice, very attractive and comfortable inside. Tub and outside area nicely done with twinkly lights. Hot tub towels a great addition. Garden area looked very pretty with spring blossom and a wandering deer. Lovely big lounge for playing games and dining.
