The cottage, surroundings are beyond stunnig. You have all nature at your doorstep and dont even feel need to venture out. Its feels like a private stay in a botanical garden. Would love to return if only the bathroom was upgraded. The bathroom is a bit dated with the electric shower. Else everything is beyond expectation!!

Very beautiful cottage in the middle of the nature. Walks around the estate and all around, with some beautiful inns and pubs not far away. Highly recommended!

A beautiful and peaceful location, ideal to explore the highlands and coast. The cottage is lovely, comfortable, quiet and in an idyllic setting at Ardno. This private estate has beautiful meadows, rivers, a gorge, and full access to Loch Fyne beach and many woodland and Loch walks. Our dogs absolutely loved it on the Loch! Neighbour Robert is very helpful and ensures your comfortable stay. It is quite remote at Ardno so you rely on transport and the WiFi rarely worked, but that can be part of its charm if you need a break from civilisation, which is why we booked it! We travelled a lot to explore Scotland. Highlights were Inveraray Castle, Glencoe and Loch Ness (Fort Augustus). We’d recommend this cottage.

One of the best stays with scenic view at the lake side, incredible and a lot more to explore around it. Mr. Robert, a nice person and responded well to us.
