My company stayed here for a weeklong event in Lakeland. It was a nice location but the house is a little bit run down. The lanai has holes which let leaves, branches, and bugs in. The mattresses were very springy. We had a very small bug problem with ants and a very small amount of roaches. (We are from Florida and understand that every house has them no matter what). We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and the owner was very great to work with. One of the two air conditioners (the one to a majority of the house) went out mid stay. We alerted the owner mid afternoon and the ac company was there within hours. When the ac was unfixable they put portable units in the house. Overall, if the beds and lanai were fixed it was easily be a 5 star review!

Inground pool with built-in hot tub. Dock in the backyard overlooking the lake. Pool table. Pretty much everything that is listed. Would stay again!

The property was amazing! Watching the sun set across the lake was a highlight for us. We love nature and enjoyed the amazing diversity of birds. We have a large family and this house was perfect for our needs.
