Schöne ruhige Lage mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Der Weg vom haus zum Einkaufsladen ist weit(40 minuten). Es gibt viele große Insekten. Die Häuser haben alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr schöne, ruhige und naturverbundene Lage. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 14 Leuten und hatten ausreichend Platz. Sehr schöner Ausblick, großes Anwesen. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Gerne wieder :)

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem Haus von Cezanne. Wir waren insgesamt mit 17 Personen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Wir schließen uns vorherigen Bewertungen an, die letzten 2km Schotterstraße zum Haus sind nur langsam befahrbar. Cezanne war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war der Pool jederzeit nutzbar.

While we were very excited about this holiday... read the reviews and looked in detail at the photos listed here. We were sadly disappointed. We arrived as a family of 22 for a family reunion. The house was unoccupied for 3 days prior to our arrival. Londa is the closest town. Its 30 minutes from the house. Ruffina is the closest grocery store.. Plan 45 minutes to get to the store. 10 minutes of the final stretch of the road to the house is gravel, the initial 20 minutes is uphill on single road streets up switchbacks. Difficult for many elderly to do. Can cause some nausea for some as well. YOU ARE LOCATED IN THE MOUNTAINS! Not town.. to leave this house you need at least 2 hours in travel time. Pool: We communicated how important the pool was for our kids.. we were assured it was good to go. IT WAS NOT and wasn't for the whole week of our stay. Access to pool is not for anyone with accessibility issues. House: Expect your not alone. Spiders, cobwebs and rodents + MUCH MORE TO NOTE

Let me start by saying that the house was built with quality and the views are lovely. The Pros: Large enough for multiple families. 2 kitchens to cook separate meals or a really large meal. 2 large fridges to store all your food. 2 freezers spa in a separate house with a large tv. The beds had fresh new linen. Cons: The house was badly in need of a deep cleaning. Everything had a layer of dust on it with insect droppings and most items in the kitchen were sticky with grease. The floor had not been mopped and we did a lot of cleaning upon arrival. The water was not potable so even cooking had to be done with bottled water as well as brushing your teeth etc. Some showers did not have hot water at all. Some electrical outlets wires were exposed Host was not very responsive and only partially answered questions. However, the host probably realized that we were not happy and without us asking he sent us a small partial refund. With a little effort, this could be a great AirBnB.
