We loved the charm of this home, set right amongst the redwood trees with a grassy backyard to the river. We will be back.

We had a great experience. Cozy and quiet, comfortable beds with awesome bedding; loved the extra throw blankets, remote controlled fireplace, and the couch works well as an extra bed if you need it (our son was happy being able to wake and watch cartoons while we slept in). Location is awesome - near hikes and of course right on the river. Only thing to note is the outdoor chair covers aren’t waterproof so bring extra blankets or towels to put on them! Thankfully we had a few blankets in our trunk and were able to immediately enjoy the sunset around their awesome fire pit upon arrival!

Spent a cozy weekend at Amber & Ali's cottage. The rainy weather meant we had to stay indoors a bit more than we planned, but the cottage has games and puzzles and the guide book lays out a few rainy day itineraries. Amber was very communicative and helped make our stay great.
