Cris was a great and thoughtful host who is willing to help out however he can, whether that’s by providing recommendations or providing additional accommodations if possible. His place is spotless, cozy, and super convenient to the beach and many shops and restaurants on the strip. Highly recommend a stay here with a local who can fill you in on Oahu and the other Hawaiian islands!

Had a great time at Chris’ place, perfect location in North shore! My favourite part of Oahu, walking distance to beach for surfing and town area. Chris instructions and recommendations are great too. Felt like home for a travelling been out for 3 week! Hope to come back surfing again!

For Hawaii prices, this place was super worth the cost. Cris was incredibly helpful and kind. I loved the place. Super well decorated, but yet free of clutter—I loved all the wooden touches. Really I have zero complaints (and I am usually super picky too). Instead, just pure gratitude. Wonderful. Thanks Cris and Mayumi! ☺️🌈🌊🤙

We definitely had a good time at Chris‘ appartment. The check-in was easy and the appartment was in good shape. Restaurants, supermarkets and beaches were in walking distance. Chris was a very friendly host and invited us to have pizza with him at the last evening. We would definitely book his room again!
