We absolutely loved our stay at this villa - it truly felt like a luxury resort! We stayed here for my bachelorette and it was the perfect space for 8 of us. We took advantage of the opportunity to hire the car service, the chef, the masseuse, and the daily cleaning service was beyond helpful and really elevated our experience. The rooms were not only aesthetically beautiful but contained everything we needed as well. Walking distance to town but still peaceful + able to hear the ocean from the pool and balconies... what more could you ask for? Patrizio & Mark, as well as the property manager Ernesto, were extremely responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I was told multiple times that this was the best Airbnb any of the girls had ever stayed at. We had an amazing trip to Sayulita and in large part that was due to the villa. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future.

Patrizio and Mark’s listing is gorgeous and an amazing location if you are visiting Sayulita. It is spacious and clean with lovely views and sun most of the day which is perfect when hanging by the pool. The house has an indoor/outdoor vibe, which is something to note as the communal spaces of the living and dining room are all outdoors. Each bedroom does have its own bathroom which is nice however all bathrooms are only separated from the bedroom space with a walls and lack a formal door. Not really an issue but something to note if you are sharing the room with friends. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The service and communication was seamless and the we felt safe and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Patrizio and Mark’s! Our group loved how separate the rooms were to give us all space. The pool was gorgeous and the Wi-Fi worked great. It’s a short walk into town (although hilly!) We were there during hot weather and only three of the five rooms had AC, but it was manageable with the fan and windows open! We would return!
