Eric was a great host, and his place was as described. However, there were a few issues that made our stay less than ideal. Firstly, someone who had the door code barged into the home early in the morning looking for Eric. I later found out that this was one of his acquaintances, which caught me off guard. Secondly, the neighbors upstairs were incredibly disturbing throughout the day and night. Loud footsteps and a lot of banging could be heard below. Lastly, during our stay, it rained, and one of Eric’s windows was leaking due to a faulty seal. This was not a significant issue, but the sound of constant dripping kept us up at night. Despite these issues, I did enjoy my stay. However, these points stood out to me, and any prospective guests should be aware of them.
