A large three-bedroom gite with all mod cons and some luxurious touches. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen with a central island, living and dining area, with French windows to the garden. There is a large flat screen TV with DVD player & Sky box, iPod dock and all mod cons. The kitchen contains an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and large fridge freezer. There is also a downstairs cloak room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom is large and beautifully furnished with a seating area and en-suite shower room. The other bedrooms are twin rooms and spacious. The main bathroom is modern with a bath with a shower over, basin with drawer space beneath and a heated towel rail. There is also a shaver point. The en-suite has a walk-in shower with jets. There are stair gates top and bottom and black out blinds in the bedrooms. The large private garden is to the front of the property and has a dining table, chairs, gazebo and Weber BBQ. A full size cot is provided with this gite. Emerald Coast Gites is an ancient Breton farm that nestles in the beautiful French countryside just outside the pretty village of Henansal in the Cotes-d'Armor. We have a heated pool, children's play areas, lovely views, gardens and a bar, with some food available on site. We try and give you an excellent stay, we can arrange fresh patisseries and bread to be delivered each morning, fruits de mer, wine and cheese tasting and many other things. It is a small privately owned cluster of 7 cottages. Us, the owners, we live here too so if there are any problems we are onsite to help plus we can book tables at restaurants, arrange baby sitting, surfing, tree climbing and any number of other activities.
