The Rez @ Flat 1 A Short Guide   A very warm welcome to The Rez@Flat 1 – Your home away from home! Regardless of the length of your stay, the Rez aims to give you a memorable time in Lusaka. The Rez offers a warm and welcoming Bed and Breakfast service as well as great hospitality. Its location offers a variety of amenities to both the business and leisure traveller. Surrounded by various top restaurants, shops, markets all within easy access, you are sure to be entertained during your stay. The Rez offers you self-contained privacy, fully furnished to live a life you would have in your own home or even better. You have adequate cooking facilities complete with utensils and cutlery provided for you to prepare your own delicious meals as you may desire and make it just as it would be in your home. A daily cleaning service is offered to take care of your laundry and generally make sure you are living in a clean habitat. If your wish is privacy, please feel free to let the house-help offer you privacy. There’s a reservoir tank with a booster pump to ensure you do not run out of water. Hot water operates with a switch (HEATER), whenever you need it – purely to conserve energy. You’ll be pleased to know that the Rez is in a low load-shedding area with extended periods of no load shedding most often. There is wifi with unlimited fibre-optic internet and free access to Netflix- so you do not miss out on your favourite television shows! Kindly ensure lights are off in any room that may not be in use at any one time – this also goes for water taps, please ensure they are all fully turned off when not in use. Smoking indoors is prohibited but you are free to do so outside at the back of the flat. Parties and high-level noise is discouraged in consideration of neighbourhood peace. The Rez offers you a rare chance to toast your stay here with a provision of one bottle each of red and white wine, chocolate snacks, just a slight flavour of lodging with us!!
