This newly renovated apartment complex in Cherasco is right at the heart of the Piedmonte region and a perfect location to easily access all the great wines, food, and activities the area has to offer. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made sure the guests felt right at home. The property is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view. More details below... We had originally booked apartment #7, but the host quickly reached out and told us that they had promised this specific apartment to another guest. In its place, however, the hosts were kind enough to offer us an even larger apartment with its own entrance at the same price, which turned out to be perfect. You could tell Edgar and Paola really cared that their guests had a good stay. The apartment itself was fully equipped with all amenities one could ask for, including washer/dryer, cooking supplies, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and more. The apartment was super clean too. Edgar and Paola did a great job updating the building yet keeping the charm of the history, for example keeping chandeliers, original furniture, etc. They kept close attention to detail, for example the windows had multiple settings as well as screens, shades, and shutters. We also loved that the building was made completely sustainable, with full renewable energy. There was even a compost and recycling to help the planet. The property was also immaculate. There were flowers and beautifully kept grass. There were vineyards surrounding the property on all sides. There were ample chairs for all guests to sit by the pool at any time and the infinity pool was kept clean and cool. Although there are 7 apartments in the building, it felt very private and quiet (if not sometimes too quiet). There was plenty of parking for all guests right on the other side of the entrance gate (only steps away). Edgar came by most days to check on things and make sure the guests were enjoying themselves. The communication pre and post check-in with Edgar was also smooth and easy. While enjoying our stay, we could always ping Edgar for recommendations, questions, or requests. We would absolutely recommend Santa Catalina to anyone. This was the best experience we've had in a long time and already want to come back!

Neue und wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Umgeben von Weinbergen bietet das Ferienhaus alles was man braucht, um seinen Urlaub in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Das Haus liegt zwischen Cherasco und La Morra, was beides in ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Der Garten mit Pool, Außendusche und WC ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt mehre Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten mit Blick auf die Weinberge. Die Wohnungen sind bestens ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Haus wurde kürzlich umgebaut und modernisiert, jedoch wurden viele alte Elemente beibehalten und aufbereitet. Dadurch bleibt der Charme eines alten Landhauses bestehen. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
