The Flex Living team was amazing towards myself and my family. They made the checkin so easy with the video they provided and clear instructions. They accommodated us with our late check-in and late check-out requests. The apartment was rather spacious. We experienced a heatwave during our stay there and the apartment was airy with the balcony doors both able to open letting ample air in and windows being able to open all the way. The Flex Living team had great communication with us and would even check-in to make sure we are ok. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Place was great and as described. It was really easy to collect the keys and check in. Location and surroundings were really great, with easy access to London’s lively hubs. Host response time was good and at times even surprising to see them reach out after 20:00. This just shows they really are there almost 24/7. The big highlight was its suitability for WFH. An office space and strong Wi-Fi was around, which made it very smooth.
