Sean's location is great - lots of restaurants and easy walking to MVP arena and other downtown spots. We found parking just a block away even on a busy weekend. The bed is not the most comfortable and a little squeaky, but the shower is great and everything else is very nicely arranged and covers all your needs. Sean was very communicative and went above and beyond to help prepare the space for a scents allergic guest!
