Pros: House is large, clean and in a very good location. The area is private and secure. The location is walking distance from a few very good restaurants, the beach and its boardwalk. Cons: Host did not provide any towels. Bedding consisted of a mattress sheet and a bed sheet. No blanket or bed cover. Bedding had a funky smell. One pillow didn't even have a cover. No hot water for the whole stay. Internet was intermittent and absolutely gone after the first week. The front door, which is the only way in or out from the house, would get severely stuck. The host needs to replace the door's locks. For a large house like this one, the host needs to provide basic instructions. House is surrounded by very vocal neighboring dogs, so sleep is difficult even with white noise and earplugs. 2 out of 3 bathroom sinks were unusable. Rooftop needs some cleaning for the hosts to be able to use. All in all, this could be a great place if the host takes better care of the house and their guests.
