Historic loft with exposed ductwork & brick walls yet true floor-to-ceiling walls for much-needed privacy. As a family with small children, we wanted to create a place with all home comforts. This lower-level unit is in a prime location with walkable access to South Haven's countless activities. Amenities include year-round access to a pool and hot tub, a fitness room, 2 theater rooms, a fire pit with chairs, and a patio with 3 grills. Visit & you'll fall in love with 49090 & Central Lofts! Condo Layout: Bedroom 1: Primary with King Bed + 2 Trundles (twin) Bedroom 1 Closet: Queen Sleeper Sofa Bedroom 2: Guest with Queen Bed + 1 Trundle (twin XL) + Sleeper Sofa *Trundles do not extend all the way. These beds are meant for young children. My 9-year-old loves sleeping next to us (and we love that she isn't in bed with us). Although we have many beds, we are only meant to host 6 guests. We stayed at the Airbnb with 4 adults and 3 kids ages 9 months, 4 and 6. The space was equipped with everything we needed including a crib, tons of toys, a pool, and close proximity to downtown and the beach! The space was extremely clean with ample parking and Cindy was super responsive and helpful. The space was spacious enough and could’ve easily fit 1-2 more people. We would definitely stay here again

We had the best time at Cindy’s place in South Haven. We stayed with our 2 kids (ages 2 and 5) and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She had all the toys, games and books we could ask for. Her place had all the accessories you need for successful travel with young children, including a dedicated nursery space right off the master with a baby monitor included. The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need. The location is great and walkable to the main street with restaurants and shops as well as the beach and several playgrounds. When the weather was bad, we made great use of the indoor pool and movie theater rooms. All four of us had an absolutely wonderful holiday weekend thanks to this great Airbnb! Highly recommend!

We love how close we are to restaurants, the seasonal farmers market, the library, etc. And in the winter, the farmers market area turns into an ice skating rink! The building is safe and secure, with plenty of parking.
We walk into town the majority of the time because of how close we are. We choose to drive to the beach given it can be a hassle to lug all the beach stuff our family seems to need. Parking at the condo is plentiful. We’ve never had issues finding parking at the south side beach (blue stairs) or kids corner.
