Kimberly's place is very nice, has very modern appearance and amenities. Kimberly was very responsive, also was extremely flexible on allowing me to check in early and was extremely kind to even drive me to the airport on my departure

Great place at a great price, Kimberly was very kind to book us in at the last minute when another AirBnB didn't work out. Place was a little challenging to find, but she walked us through it. Nice and clean and comfortable and convenient to all the excitement of Jacó Beach without the 3am noise! Would absolutely recommend a stay here.

It was a very nice vacation. We walked to the beach and there were many delicious restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the A/ C kept us very comfortable as well.

Kimberly was quick to respond when I messaged her. As soon as we arrived, she met us in the complex and let us in. She gave us a tour of the home, restaurant recommendations, a taxi number and an express number. She also offered us a ride the airport our last day which was super helpful. She was kind, friendly and helpful. The home was also very clean and well arranged. It’s in a quite neighborhood but just a few minutes walk to the beach so that was a bonus too.
