Fantastic experience! Katie & her family really were inviting and super friendly. The bathroom is amazing, couldn’t ask for more. Lovely nature vibe from the bedroom window. 5 stars

Where to begin? Katie and Leila are super responsive hosts and replied to all my messages within minutes. We arrived in Bristol early and were permitted to leave our bags in the flat, receiving a warm reception from Katie and a full rundown on everything we needed to know about the accommodation and surrounding area including many wonderful tips on places to visit, restaurant options, pubs, etc. Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable and we slept like lambs both nights. The location couldn't be better, with the river just across the street and the city center only a 10-15 minute walk from the flat. Bristol is a bustling, exciting place to visit and Katie's place is truly ideal in every way. We will definitely be back and appreciate the graciousness of our hosts.

Leila was very responsive to our messages and super friendly in welcoming us. Room is very clean, well equipped kitchen, nice fluffy towels and clean toilet and shower. 10-15minutes walk to the city and secured parking was available. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Katie's place is in a fantastic location for exploring Clifton and Bristol. It was nice to be met outside and shown how everything works. The parking space was dead handy and there was lots of helpful local information in the room. Katie was also very friendly and helpful. It's no wonder her place is so popular.

Katie was very friendly and helpful, responding to my messages quickly and accomodating my request for an early check-in so I could drop bags off, park car and get keys. The flat is comfortable and very clean and tidy. It is at the rear of the property and very quiet especially at night which meant I got a good sleep. I've already booked the room for my next stay in Bristol.
