Muhammet and the person who welcomed us at the door were friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is amazing for views and breathing some fresh air. But huge issue with this listing is that it is not suitable for the winter. The radiators and jacuzzi were not working due to frozen pipes. The only source of heat was the fireplace which was ok at providing heat if you sat right next to it. The person who took care of us provided us with firewood to constantly maintain the heat in the place. The water worked for a bit until it stopped and never worked again due to the frozen pipes. As I said earlier the views are spectacular and would be amazing in the summer but this place is simply not prepared for the winter which is a shame as the place looked amazing with the snow. I advise the host to really consider preparing his place for the winter and if he cant do that, then dont put the listing on airbnb during the winter as it can be dangerous with no heat or water.

De binnenkant van het huis leek wel op de foto. Echter, in advertentie stond dat je er maaltijden kan bereiden, stond er geen enkel servies, pan of bestek in de keuken. De keuken was helemaal leeg. Anders dan advertentietekst bleek er geen fornuis, geen wasmachine of droger te zijn. Er was geen tuin of balkon. Geen zitje buiten en geen hangmat. De indruk in de advertentie is die van een groene rustige natuurplek. Bij aankomst bleek het huisje achter een rij met rommelige restaurantjes te staan. De hele bergtop was bezaaid met dit soort tentjes en veel mensen. In reactie op onze klacht over alles wat ontbrak in het huis hierover kregen we een ander huis aangeboden, met wel een wasmachine en fornuis, een paar borden, 3 vorken en 2 pannen. Niet iets waar je gewoon kan koken.Tevens stonk het beddengoed en vonden we een vieze onderbroek. wilden ons geld terug omdat de in de advertentie genoemde voorzieningen ontbraken. Naast beledigingen hebben we nog geen 1/3 van de kosten terug gekregen.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Manzarası özellikle mükemmel ve huzur dolu hissettiriyor. Muhammet bey ve Bayram bey çok ilgililerdi.Oluşan sorunlarımızı hemen çözdüler. Fotoğraftakilerden daha güzel .. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğim.Teşekkür ederim her şey için

1. No breakfast inside the house though on the photos they showed that it was possible. 2. No internet whatsoever. 3. No water whatsoever, cold or warm. We couldn’t go to the toilet. 4. The central heating was broken - it went off suddenly. 5. We got sick because the place became very cold at night and the central heating was off. 6. There was no wood to set the fireplace. 7. The refund price was too low, the owner tried to get more money that he should have.

The photos of this place does not do it justice. The actual place much more beautiful. We spend Christmas here. It's was so beautiful. It's location is a beautiful mountain peak above the clouds. Our hosts took care of us and helped us a great deal finding the location as we took a wrong route and they helped us find the location from the easy route. Our car tyre got punctured and Mert helped us repair it. I highly highly recommend this cabin. It has all amenities and the hosts are very accommodating.
