When arriving at the location we could not get in. Issue with lock. Took several minutes for response. After first day beach we were asked to remove the towels from outside which we did and they continued to call over it. Loading to leave a lady approached my child instead of the four adults that were loading to leave demanding we move our car after getting approval from neighbors it would be fine for loading. Once we left we received a bill for a figurine that was already broken upon arrival and claimed the couches were stained which they were not. I have booked several trips through Airbnb and have never had an issue with any except for this place. All neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful. Great place but will not be booking with this company again.

Great location to beach & restaurants. The house was well stocked, not to mention beautiful & comfortable.

The place is amazing with plenty of rooms for our three families. Very nice area in Grayton with lots of shops and restaurants. Beach was within a 10-minute bike ride. The only issues we had were that one of the master bedrooms did not have any sheets when we arrived. Had to wait till the next day to get them. Also, the same master bedroom did not have any outdoor furniture on the balcony. They had bikes to ride, which was really nice since a lot of restaurants and shops are close. I would suggest that they have beach chairs and umbrellas for their guest. Overall, it is a very nice house and would definitely stay there again. The house is very comfortable and in a nice location.

The Place was very nice, great location without being too close to the intense traffic. The home lacked just two basic necessities: Salt & Pepper Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom The A/C Control instructions were not clear and not responsive

We were so happy with our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful. Spacious living room and dining area, well-stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were wonderful and each room having its own bathroom was a huge plus. It was definitely as described in the listing. The house itself is about a 20 minute walk to the public beach access in Grayton Beach, so having the bicycles was a huge help to get to the beach. There is also a tram about a 5 minute walk away which takes you right to the beach access. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would return again!
