Covered porches are located on the front & back of the house to enjoy rain or shine. Note: There is a paved walkway with a steep slope to the lake . This beautiful, 4400 sq ft. lakefront home is located in Lavonia, GA on deep water in a quiet cove. The three story home has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and sleeps 12. The home features covered porches with seating on the front of the house as well as upper and lower large porches overlooking the lake. The main level has two living areas. One is a spacious, sunny room with beautiful views of the lake and a flat screen TV. The second living area has a wood burning fireplace for cold nights and a double doors leading to the back porch. The eat- in kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and double oven for the person who loves to cook. The dining table seats 8-10 plus 2 stools at the island for additional seating. There is also an outdoor propane grill and grill accessories. The master bedroom located on the main floor has a king size bed and private bathroom. The master bathroom has a double sink and an oversized walk in shower. Also on the main floor is a bedroom with private bath that sleeps 4 (one full mattress and 2 twins). The second story has 2 additional bedrooms each with queen beds. These rooms share a hall bathroom. The final room is in the lower level of the house. This room has beautiful views of the lake, a king bed, and private bathroom. Additionally, the lower level has a large bar with kitchenette, poker table, and a separate pool table room and 3 TV's to watch all of the games. This area will be great for football weekends. Outside there is an eating area that seats 10+ off the kitchen. You will also find a large fire pit with marshmallow skewers for your s'more making! There is also a boat dock with a large swim platform. You will find plenty of room to park several cars in the drive plus space to park a boat trailer. Our home is situated 10 minutes from highway I-85, 5 minutes to Tugaloo State Park and 15 minutes to Lavonia. There is a beginning supply of toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen is stocked with spices, cooking oils, trash bags, dish soap and dish washer soap. We love to cook and bake, so the kitchen should have most items you may need. For the coffee lovers: You will find a drip coffee maker with washable filter, 2 Keurig machines (main level and in the bar), french press, and an electric hot water pot. There is also a full sized washer and dryer with laundry detergent. We hope you find our home to be perfect to gather the family, guy's fishing trip, ladies get away, yoga retreat or any large group. We are located in a perfect place for Clemson and UGA football weekends or events at Anderson University. Please note: This is also a non-smoking home and smoking and vaping are not allowed inside.
