The home was beautiful and thought the price was fair until we arrived on check in day. The home had a horrible smell and noticed how unkept the home was immediately after settling in. The floors were dirty and the kitchen as well. The oven had visible cheese stains on the rack and found dirty pots in cabinet. All the bathrooms were dirty and had water stains on the faucets. I rented the extra bedroom(former garage) that was filled with spider webs and dead bugs in every corner and hair in the shower drains. There is no cable connection in extra room even though a TV is displayed. The bed broke as soon as we slept in it and found that bricks were keeping it stable. No hot water in home to take showers and 5 of my guest were sick at end of trip. We had to clean before using areas of home but we were charged a cleaning fee prior! The pool was also dirty. Sandra was very dismissive of my concerns for refund of cleaning fees and price I paid for extra room instead sent someone to fix bed.

Nice family stay for new year’s 2024! Plenty of space and opportunity to gather and make memories!

Nice house, secure fences, gate and outdoor lighting . I would stay here again.
