This is a hard review to write. The owner and her family could not have been nicer. The agent was not at all pleasant. The house is gorgeous, but the owner does live on premisis on the lower level. This isn't obvious from the main listing page, which says entire house. She is a very nice woman who is not intrusive, but who you do see coming and going. The art is amazing. The furnature comfortble, and my favorite was an entire bookcase of children's books!

We enjoyed our stay...it was cold during our visit and getting the master bathroom warm was almost impossible...and our 69 year old grandfather fell in the entry way upon arrival on the foyer step down to the living room. There needs to be a white strip placed there so in the dim light at night you know there is a step (the other steps have them). My wife left some notes on an electric outlet not working. Overall the place was charming but quite expensive for 5 nights...we understand it was Thanksgiving weekend...all the best...
