This family-friendly spacious lakefront home is located on a peninsula and boasts water access on three sides of the property. Park your boat at your own personal dock using the boat ramp located directly across from the property. This property has room for 11 people, but there is also access to an air mattress. Enjoy the 3 huge porches, fire pit, paddle boat, hammocks and swings, fishing day or night, drop in your kayaks or paddle board straight off the property and head out to Lake Marion.

Wow, what a awesome and beautiful home! This place is beautiful and right on the water, everything you would ever need was available and the massage chair was amazing. We can’t wait to get back there soon!
Everything was absolutely perfect. Sierra was kind enough to let us have a small intimate wedding here surrounded by our loved ones. It was amazing and the perfect location. She had everything we needed and communicated so well with me! I couldn't have a chosen a more perfect peaceful place. We will be back in the future ❤️🙌
Seven of us, girlfriends for 40 years, enjoyed a wonderful weekend together at Lake Marion. The house was great, beyond our expectations. Lots of bedrooms and several places to congegate inside and out. We especially appreciated the use of the kayaks and the easy beach access right from the yard. Sierra couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We're hoping to return next year.

This is a family friendly location and neighborhood but also includes some other rental properties. Please be courteous to our neighbors when holding small events and mindful of trash floating into lake. Let’s keep it clean!
You can have additional parking at the boat ramp across from our house if you have a daytime guests who want to visit for the day and come by boat. There is a good amount of parking at the house and along the road. Please do NOT park on neighbors grass or in our grass as we have irrigation systems. You may tie up to our dock if you bring your boat. You will need to put in boat at boat ramp but you can launch kayaks and paddle boards right off our property.
