The fully equipped Malatesta house features three bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom, a separate bathroom, a kitchen and a living room. You can enjoy the rooftop terrace by relaxing in the whirlpool tub and lounging in the sitting area. The house is perfect for up to six people. The jewel in our crown, the Malatesta house used to belong to the Malatesta family which was prominent in the 13th century and hailed from Rimini, Italy. The Malatesta house is a luxury villa in Naousa, Paros, close to all the vibrant life of the town. The villa consists of the following spaces: 3 bedrooms (Master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom), 2 bathrooms (the one is en-suite), an open plan kitchen / living room, a large balcony overlooking the Aegean sea and a rooftop terrace with a stunning whirlpool tub and magical sea views. - The bedrooms are all spacious and beautifully decorated. In all bedrooms you will find comfortable queen sized mattresses, large storage for your belongings and luggage and small colourful design touches. - The kitchen space is large and fully equipped to enjoy cooking, fitted with luxury appliances (fridge, oven, and hob). A large dining table is also there for you to enjoy your meals or even to spend time on your laptop. - The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. - All bathrooms are equipped with essential amenities (towels, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and hand soap) - The balcony has a large table and chairs for you to enjoy eat and drink or just simply be! Also the balcony offers great sea views. -The rooftop terrace has a stunning whirlpool tub and plenty of seating and lounging spots around it to enjoy the magical views that it offers. We offer daily housekeeping and before you check in, we make sure that the apartment is spotless! We also have cars available for rent so please get in touch when you make your booking in case you need a car to explore the island!

The most amazing accomodation. Close walking distance to the town, all amenities we needed, squeaky clean and a beautiful outdoor patio and rooftop perfect for watching the sunset. In particular Kostas was an incredible host, always providing us with recommendations, very responsive and even arranged for some clothing I forgot to be delivered to Naxos. Paros White Malatesta is a gorgeous villa with high 5* design interiors and outdoors. The “crew” is extremely attentive to the needs you may have. The spot is perfect. At walking distance from Noussa and 15-30’ drive from all main beaches. Nice stay!

We just returned from a 12 night stay and would definitely recommend this place! The location was great as it is a short walk into the old town to all of the restaurants and shops. The view from the upstairs patio is beautiful and is really well set up to spend time and enjoy. There is a third bathroom up there, and my kids really enjoyed the plunge pool. Daily housekeeping was fabulous and really made our stay feel like a holiday as we weren’t cleaning and tidying up all day. Konstantinos was always available and offered many great recommendations on local services. Thank you for a fabulous holiday!

Naousa is the must-visit destination for everyone travelling to Paros. In the summer season it is a vibrant place to be, filled with countless options for eating, drinking, shopping, and wondering around. Some of the best restaurants and bars of Paros are found in Naousa ranging from traditional Greek taverns to cosmopolitan restaurants offering superior culinary cuisine. It is essential that everyone experiences a dinner under the stars by the harbour of Naousa as this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and you can’t find this setting anywhere else!
By the port you will also see remains from the Venetian castle and watch the sunset while taking your early evening stroll.
Surrounding the town of Naousa, there are plenty of wonderful beaches such as Kolimpithres, Monastiri, Santa Maria and Ampelas and the capital town of Paros, Parikia, is just a 15-minute drive away so it is a great place to have as the base to discover everything that the beautiful island of Paros has to offer you.
Paros can be reached both by air and by sea.
During the summer season there are many boats arriving to Paros daily coming from Athens and other Cycladic islands such as Santorini, Milos and Mykonos. The port of Paros is found in Parikia which is a 15-minute drive away from Naousa, where our home is located.
From Paros airport, it is a 30-minute drive to reach Naousa.
The best way to explore the island is by car or motorbike, even though buses and taxis are also widely available in the island.
