The host is very friendly and helpful responses to issues in a timely manner. The home is spacious and very homey each room has a heater/ac unit, has everything you need for your stay from utensils and plates to towels. Will definitely consider his locations for future vacations

Gerald is absolutely wonderful! You don't find many people who are genuinely hospitable these days. We had an amazing stay, really! I cook very much and the kitchenware was plentiful. The entire house was cozy with more than enough linens and space. What makes Gerald's home stand out is that you really felt like you were staying in just that, a home. The washer and dryer provided was a life saver, considering we stayed longer than a week. Very grateful to have been given plenty of essentials; towels, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. We will be booking with you again. Thank you!

Gerald is an amazing host he is super friendly and is always a text or phone call away .. I would highly recommend staying with Gerald 100 stars for sure !!!!! House was exactly as described and very clean and well kept .
