I really can’t say enough about this place and the host. The place is absolutely beautiful, the outdoor spaces are amazing, the view from the back patio is awesome, especially in the evening. The entire place is absolutely spotless, the beds are very comfortable. It is peaceful and easy to relax inside and out. Trish was very accommodating and super friendly.  If I could give it 10 stars I would. It’s even better than the photos. If you’re ever in this area, I would highly recommend staying here.  I’ve stayed at over 120 Airbnb in the last 6 years and this one definitely tops the list.

best air bnb experience i’ve ever had! communication, cleanliness, location, all exceeded my expectations. trish went above and beyond to accommodate my family traveling with a little one. she provided a pack and play, high chair, infant float/life jacket, lots of toys and blankets/towels for the pool and bath. the condo was so clean and well stocked. we loved the views of the water from the balcony. would highly recommend to anyone visiting sarasota.

Nous avons été plus que satisfaits du condo. Le complexe est pratiquement neuf et l’unité de Trish et Greg offre une belle vue sur le canal de tous les balcons. Tout est décoré avec goût. Les hôtes sont formidables: proactifs et gentils - ils s’assurent que tout est parfait et prêtent même leurs kayak et paddle board!). Le condo offre également l’option de stationner un bateau sur un quai élévateur et cela nous a été très utile (si vous avez cette chance d’avoir un bateau, il faut aller à Passage Key!). Les espaces communs sont impeccables (nous avons profité du gym très équipé et de la piscine - très tranquilles à cette période de l’année). Situé tout près de l’action de Lido Key et de Siesta Key, nous pouvons difficilement trouver mieux à Sarasota.

We had a great time staying at the Strand. Get location to beaches, downtown Sarasota, and St Armands Circle. Trish's condo was like new and spotless. Shows a lot of pride in ownership. I would recommend this place to stay on your next visit to Sarasota.
