The house location and view of the lake was amazing. There were plenty of towels and linens, and the basics were as described in the ad. You cannot have any guests over per the renter's instructions, which is not appreciated when we have family we wanted to come over to visit for dinner, and it said I could not leave my children there alone, though they are both well behaved preteens. The listing says it will hold 14 people, but only two people can shower within several hours as the hotwater heater is only a half size tank. The master shower worked well, the guest shower sprayed water everywhere, and the third bathroom is a tub only. The room with many beds is accessible only through the master bedroom or from outside and there are steps everywhere so loading or unloading any groceries or luggage is a chore. The fishing on the lake is also terrible except certain parts of the year which we did not know, which is the entire reason we rented there. We would not stay there again.

Look, you cannot beat the location- so beautiful- but, we have grown up and married kids- and the 4th bedroom was actually part of the Master suite. Also, while the house is nice- it is need of some serious updating for the price being asked- from the decking, to the kitchen top tiles, to the Master shower so small you can’t dry off in. I have never left a bad review on Air B&B- but we were so disappointed by the room situation especially- and when we contacted the owner, they offered no real concessions or even help with their bad description of the property. I would not stay there again- especially at the price they are asking.
