Really nice and clean place to live on. Luxury hotell suite style beds, towels everything. All the necessary thing to cook food, really cold fridge, great and clean shower. Fast wifi internet connection (350mbps). Great cushioned kitchen chairs where you can sit and work for long peroids of time. Working tv, great view from bed. Entrance to aparment is behind house. Took me a second to figure this out. But once i found my way in it were super good looking place. The owner live in same house but it has own entrance. The space is not shared by any means, but there is an locked door between this room and their home. Locking the "front doors" took me a second to get, you turn door hande up, then back to middle and then you lock the door by turning key. Unlock to turn key, and push the handle down with small force and its open. 650m to closest semi big grocery store. I think the price for one night (50€) is really reasonable for this type of living. Would love to be your guest again.

It was a short but very pleasant stay for us - a small family with an infant, and I would have wished to spend more time at Kārlis place to be able to enjoy a calm morning coffee in the sheltered glass veranda overlooking a well-tended and beautiful garden. The apartment was very clean, cozy and decorated with a taste, and had everything we wished for, and when Kārlis learned that we would arrive with a small child, he prepared a nice wooden crib for our kid - that helped us to feel like at home even more. I was lucky to have a friendly chat with Kārlis as well, and would have enjoyed a longer conversation if we have had more time. Can highly recommend, and am taking a good mental note of this place if I ever would need a place where to spend a few nights in Cēsis once again!

Le logement est très bien, conforme à la présentation. Il y a un jardin très agréable et une verranda bien abritée avec vue sur les fleurs et les cerisiers. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et accueillants, la communication de proximité est tres facile. Karalis est de bons conseils pour visiter sa région. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Karlis' place is just as advertised and seen on pictures, there's a well-kept garden just outside. The check-in is smooth. The host speaks good English and is very welcoming. Since the host lives in the same building he is always around. A grocery store is just 8 minutes away on foot and the city centre is 22 minutes away on foot. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood.
