住了5个晚上，感觉位置对于开车（开车到市中心20分钟）或者使用公共交通（走到电车站4分钟）的旅行者都很好。房子虽然不算大，但很实用，设施特别适合带小朋友的家庭入住。房主响应很及时，而且房子介绍页面的彩色小鸟真的每天都会到阳台的旁边的树上吃果子，感觉特别美好

虽然没有跟房东见面，有些遗憾，但是房东很暖心的写了欢迎板，并且提供了居住说明，简单介绍了周边的环境。 房子的位置开车去机场和市内都比较方便。去市内约30分钟，去机场约20分钟。房子附近开车5分钟有大型超市，生活采购便捷。 房间很整洁，有生活所需的各类小物件，真的很方便。 社区很安静，晚上可以很好的休息。 这里是很棒的选择！

This has restored my faith in Airbnb - a very well equipped kitchen, lots of natural light, everything in excellent working order, quiet, private and warm, helpful hosts living nearby who clearly care for their Airbnb. Lots of personal touches made us feel welcome. We needed somewhere close to work & school to stay while we were moving houses and this was perfect for our family of 4. We could relax in comfort and have a home away from home. Tram is 2 minutes away to get into the city or explore North Fitzroy, Fitzroy etc. As locals we know the great food options nearby but the kitchen was extremely well equipped so we could also cook proper family meals through the week. Great place to stay and we will recommend this as the best place to stay for friends and family visiting us in Melbourne.

Geoff and Wyn place was all we had hoped it would be and more . Extremely well presented with a generously stacked kitchen this b’n’b ticked all the boxes . Great location with a short walk to the tram and or bus station . Very quiet at night allows for a great nights rest . Thankyou to our hosts for one of the best air bnb we have stayed at .
