房东Vikas非常友善，很热情。房间也非常干净，整洁。如果有租车的话，这里的房间性价比绝对超级高。而且4楼还有免费的泳池，可以晒晒太阳。好评！

Vikas is a great and easygoing guy. He helped me a lot with things that I didn’t know as I was visiting dubai for the first time. Although the place is a bit far from the city and is located at an industrial zone but there is a metro station at 10-15 min walk away which connects to the city. Overall a good experience.

Vikas is a super host .Extremely friendly , hospitable and goes above and beyond to cater to all your needs. The flat is really peaceful, well maintained and with all the basic necessities. The amenities available in the complex is great to use as well. overall loved my experience
