This stylish home is the perfect stay for your home away from home! It's modern, spacious and close to all that Loveland has to offer. The two bedrooms include queen size beds, full closets a full bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. There is an onsite washer and dryer and free parking! This modern apartment is just blocks to Lake Loveland, about a mile to downtown loveland, 20 minutes to Fort Collins and 45 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park. The two bedrooms are each appointed with queen size beds and full closets. The home is completely renovated with a new kitchen, new bathroom and new finishes throughout. The kitchen is well stocked and adorable! If you're looking for a Loveland Airbnb or a space that is close to Fort Collins and Estes Park, this is your perfect sty!

The unit we stayed in was spotless. Everything we needed was provided and the laundry room was very clean and accessible. We hope to stay here again when we return to Colorado!
Beth’s apartment was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Kitchen had new appliances with everything we needed. There was plenty of closet space. The apartment was comfortable and homey.

This place worked perfectly for our needs. We were out of the house for most of the day, but it was so nice to come back to after running around. Felt like home.

The neighborhood is residential, with a mix of multi-family homes and single family. There is a grocery store and a couple restaurants that are walkable within a mile, but most of the unique downtown restaurants in Loveland and the shopping by the outlets is best accessed by car.
