Absolutely loved our stay in this super cute home nestled on a large lot. We enjoyed the sunroom & huge backyard as we are always doing things outdoors. We felt right at home!

Upon arrival there was no power and no water in the home. The handyman had been on site and left to get additional parts but was not able to get the water restored to the back bathroom. The heating unit would not get above 65 and 1/2 the outlets didn't work the refrigerator outlet and tv among a few that were affected. Communication with the co-host was great at first but when the items mentioned were not resolves we requested a partial refunded since we couldn't use the kitchen or one of the bathrooms with 6 adults and a baby thia is unacceptable. We were were approved a $50 refund on a $388 stay I find this to be unacceptable and we will not be renting again.

Mason was a great host and extremely helpful. We had a minor issue with heat and he quickly had it fixed. We also had a little problem with frozen pipes and he had someone address the issue very quickly. Excellent communication and customer service. Thank you!

We had a frustrating check in! However, Mason worked diligently to resolve the issues. After that, we had a great stay!
