We loved this cute little condo! Kent’s place was very clean and very nicely located. We loved being so close to the beach but slightly removed for privacy. All of the amenities were listed as described. Kent was very responsive and checked in with us, and also nicely allowed us to check in slightly early. We would absolutely return! Thanks so much!

Great place to stay within the Omni Resort. No problems with gate entry or delivery. Short walk to the beach. Most comfortable bed I’ve had in an Air B’n’B by far!

The place was great. The area was beautiful. Walk to the beach was 10 min and that walk also was scenic.

Kent's place was perfect for what I needed for just couple of nights stay. Clean and very comfortable. The 10 min walk to the beach is very easy and enjoyable. Great deal for the money! I've been visiting Amelia Island annually for few years now and it's always a great time. The only downfall is - you have to go back home.... We'll definitely be back !
