We stayed for 2 weeks and it was perfect for digital nomads. Internet is fast with two concurrent video calls. The view is amazing!

Excellent location….short walk to the walled city. The Building staff was helpful. The rented unit was clean and was exactly as described and photographed in the listing. Our host was responsive to our concerns and quickly took care of them. The wi-fi connection was excellent…faster than at home in Santa Fe. The owner had subscriptions to all the major entertainment apps…..always something to fill the evening hours. My only suggestion for those hosts who rent for month-long stays, is that they think more about those amenities they would want in a month-long stays. Some examples: better quality cooking pots/pans, additional glassware, a simple step ladder, drying devices if washer/dryer does not completely dry laundry, higher quality bedding….sheets/pillows, etc. Overall, the stay at this location was excellent.

The view is absolutely beautiful from the apartment. The pools on 27th floor is breathtaking.

I stayed here with my sister for about two weeks in December of 2022. Overall we had a fantastic time! Charles was wonderful and always very attentive and responsive. Incredible wifi- we both worked from home with video calls and never had a problem Amazing view-it is so lovely to look out and see the ocean every morning either from the bedroom or have a coffee on the porch. Great location- while not inside the walled city, it is about a 10 minute walk into town. Can’t beat the beach right outside across the street. A/C- always stayed cool and all rooms have an adjustable air conditioner Bathrooms- clean, modern, and lovely Kitchen- fairly good for an airbnb. We made breakfast a lot but don’t think we could be making thanksgiving dinner in it Clean and since we stayed a while, we got a mid-stay complimentary clean which was very much appreciated. Pleasant, beautiful, and we had an amazing time! Thank you Charles and Cartagena :)

I highly recommend this apartment- great location, great size apartment very modern and clean - everything you could wish for. Charles is an excellent host and I will help and support you with all your needs.
