Ein wunderschöne Villa mit viel Potential zum Traumhaus 🫶 leider nicht ausgeschöpft. ALLE Schlafzimmer sehr geschmackvoll, mit sehr guten Matratzen und kuscheligen Bettdecken und Kopfkissen….. alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage/ Heizung. Schöne Badezimmer…. jedoch leider ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken für Handtücher etc. Leider leider sind im Wohnraum, im Esszimmer und in der Küche keine Heizungen. Es war für uns im Januar sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Dann haben wir uns VIEL Holz gekauft und den Kamin im Wohnzimmer ständig geheizt. Es wäre schön gewesen, wäre Holz da gewesen oder eine Information dazu in der Beschreibung. Wäre es zur wärmeren Jahreszeit gewesen….. hätten wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. La Quinta Molinum ad Mare es muy espaciosa. Cuenta con una gran zona exterior, especialmente cuidada, y con entretenimiento para toda la familia (habitacón de juegos, pista de tenis, piscinas exteriores). Los juegos de cama fueron muy apropiados, así como la dotación de menaje de cocina. No obstante, y de cara al invierno, considero que la casa debería contar con madera para las chimeneas, pues no se vende con facilidad por la zona. Por otro lado, creo conveniente proveer la estancia con algún aire acondicionado (comedor y salón) en ausencia de calefacción central. Nos facilitaron mantas y calefactores. Por lo demás, he de decir que pasamos unas fantásticas vacaciones, que la familia disfrutó enormemente de la finca y que repetiríamos sin duda. Gracias por esta maravillosa experiencia.
Such an amazing place! Just a bit far from everything, but a great stay for our group. Any issues or questions were addressed quickly. Would definitely book again.
Nice place, the pool was not very clean but good enough considering it was out of season. Not very warm in the shared spaces due to lack of proper heating. Good communication and perfect place for big groups! We had a great time there!
Very nice place for a company retreat. Second time we stayed here as a company.
