I am a Father, Spouse, Friend, travel companion, hard working and dedicated individual who thrives to do the right thing! Always! I am very sociable and hospitable, I like to meet new people, deal with people from different parts of the world and learn their customs, their culture and way of seeing life. I am a commercial and residential risk manager, commercial underwriter, business administrator, and I also work on my own portfolio of the purchase / sale of properties and real estate rentals. I am always looking for what to undertake in the workplace, looking for different businesses that motivate and passionate me. September 2020, during the earlier months of the pandemic, we woke up one day and realized that our son, is now in grade 9. This means we only had just over 3 years before he goes to university. Why not provide him with a life experience? Why not provide us with a life experience or the journey of a lifetime? It was then we decided on a life changing experience to relocate to Costa Rica, investing in our relationship with our son, ourselves. Since that time, we’ve been working our way through the Costa Rican residency process. From the stunning scenery, ideal climate, wonderful multi cultural and diverse people who smile and say “Hola”, where mornings are for exercise, produce is cheap, (it’ll be grown in our backyard), the day starts at sunrise: 6:00am, there are 12-hours of daylight, Coffee pours from the faucet, and proximity to International Airports, Costa Rica has become a popular area for investment, relocation and retirement for many North Americans and Europeans alike. It was then, when IPM Escape was born! Tomorrow isn't guaranteed for any of us which is why we must live for the "now" and never look back. Why never look back? Because you're not going that way! Now go do the right thing! Pura Vida! Paul Costa Ricans use the term Pura Vida to say hello, goodbye or indicate that everything is going great. Pura Vida is also a way of life in Costa Rica. The Costa Rican vibe is a simple, relaxed outlook on life and being grateful for what you have.
