Avi the host was extremely nice and responsive too any issue that came up. The place is exactly as the photos. We stayed five weeks and the washer and dryer was extremely helpful. The apartment is right on Bell Blvd which has a lot of restaurants, bars and convenience stores to choose from. If food is your vice, you will enjoy area of Bayside. MTA bus and LIRR too Manhattan is just 1 to 2 blocks away. The only issue I had was that the bathroom had no heat, but Avi solved that issue quickly with a space heater. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Avi is a great host. Good communication before check in and offered any assistance during our stay. The apartment was awesome with great space, new appliances, and close to all of the restaurants and bars that Bayside has to offer. There is food from every continent within a few blocks. 2 minute walk to the LIRR with stops at US Open, Citi Field, and Penn Station. Lots of nightlife in the area so can be a little noisy at night, but if you want to be in the heart of the action, this is the place. Definite recommend.

Our stay was great. Instructions on how to find the location was very easy and the place is just as described. The listing is right in the middle of bell blvd where there are plenty of restaurants to pick from and bars are on the street as well. The bars do make noise however it’s not a bother if your use to it and know to expect it. The only suggestion I’d give to is to provide more blankets as well as newer towels for guests to use. Avi was very responsive to all of our needs. Would come back and recommend.
