Nos quedamos cuatro meses, ubicacion y complejo fantastico, quizas el apartamento necesite ser reformado (cocina sobretodo), pero onestamente en el apartamento nos sentimos muy comodos, es super equipado, amplio, la cama es comoda y tiene una terraza muy grande. João y su mujer super agradable. Todo positivo.

This is a lovely quaint and well located apartment with southern exposure. I stayed here for 5 months and became quite familiar with the surroundings and the close proximity to grocery shopping. Take a short 3 minute drive or a casual 20 minute walk for all your grocery shopping.You can also go another 10-15 minutes to get to the marina and an abundance of shops and restaurants. The kitchen is rather small but suitable for one cook with most pots,pans and utensils needed to cook all your meals. Easily travel by car to anywhere you want throughout the Algarve region. The boardwalk is relativity a short drive with lots of beaches. Joao was great and responded quickly to help me with any help that I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment. We rented apartments for one month... Joao was very supportive and answered to all questions very fast. Plus: + Apartment is quite spacious for this kind of price + Location is quiet and good, till the centre 10-15 min, till the beach 20-25 min + good equipped kitchen with all the amenities except washing machine + pool availability and a lot of space for sunbathe Minus : - Problems with internet, (often disconnect and doens't work), there is second option of normal internet but only with download 10gb max per month. - Beds for us were hard and rocky, you need very good back to sleep well on them, - If your height is 1,85cm, the beds in lenght will be little to small, - Bathroom and toilet shoud be more clean.

Nossa estadia no apartamento de João foi perfeita. Todo mobilado, bem localizado, com estacionamento, piscina e restaurante. Próximo encontramos mercado, cafés, salão de beleza, farmácia. Indicamos a todos.

Great place at a great price. Convenient location and I loved the sun-facing balcony. Would recommend.
