Absolutely perfect in every way. This house is really a true gem. It's always a double edge sword to write a review when a house is this wonderful. I am fully aware it will make it harder for me to book again, and I fully plan on booking again. Natalie has created a space that has everything you'll need to have a wonderful stay in Eugene. The attention to detail is 10/10. The neighborhood is quiet, so this isn't the house for you if you are planning to party all night. This is the type of place where you'll want to stay If you need a great base to find peace and serenity.

Chose this location for me and my coworkers to stay for a conference at the University of Oregon. A nice, clean place with plenty of room for us to meet and have our own space. Nearby groceries and some great restaurants, and most importantly, walking distance from the university. Great pick!

This historic home is extremely clean, well provisioned and was perfect for our family visiting our UO student. Walking to nearby restaurants was such a treat. The beds were super comfy and living space was just the size we needed. An extra sitting room was a beautiful place for coffee in the morning. Thank you to Natalie for being such a great host.

Natalie’s property was the perfect venue for three couples to visit Eugene for the weekend. Just two blocks from the south edge of the University of Oregon, we had a lovely time enjoying the campus, surrounding neighborhoods, and local restaurants. The property was clean, unique, charming, and had extremely comfortable sitting areas to enjoy chatting and catching up with friends. I would be hard pressed to find a better property for my next Eugene visit, and can only hope the home will be available whenever we are back in town.

We had a wonderful stay during Family week. We had 4 parents share and visit our kids. Space was great.
