Probably the best AirBnB I’ve stayed at! Grace was so thoughtful and flexible. She kitted out the house with everything we might need — even bigger things for my 1 year old so I wouldn’t need to fly with so much. There were even nontoxic kid friendly cleaning supplies! The house was beautiful and in a very quiet neighborhood, we walked to the local park every morning. Grace gave us a very generous check out so our little one could have a nap before our flight back. I’ll definitely be staying here again if we go back to the area and couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Grace was such a lovely host. She was so warm and helpful and it was reflected in her darling home. Walkable to a yoga studio and cute coffee shop and just a short drive to more touristy things. I can not recommend enough how fantastic of a stay it was. 10/10

Grace has done a marvelous job with this cute, little house. It was the right size, had everything we needed, and I felt very safe and comfortable. She was very responsive and communicative for everything we needed. I loved this place and the location, and plan on staying again if it is available for my schedule. Thanks for sharing your lovely home for my trip.

We rented this cute place for my SIL and her two boys who were visiting us in Charleston. It was a great location and really nice! Grace was great to work with and will definitely rent from her again.

My family and I had a great stay at The Little House. Its location on James Island was perfect - it was an easy drive into downtown Charleston and to the beach, but we also got to enjoy the peaceful evenings in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - the toys and games were very appreciated by our young kids! It was really nice to have the parks pass for the nearby James Island County park and parking at the beach, too. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
