Villa Nieto is a spectacular villa located in the quiet residential area "La Joya" in Benitachell in the heart of the Mediterranean landscape on the Costa Blanca, halfway between Jávea, Moraira and Teulada. Its elevated position provides us with excellent panoramic views over the majestic interior landscape of the area. Only 5 km separate us from the famous “El Portet” beach in Moraira, a beautiful coastal town where a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops can be visited. Adventurers will find various water activities by the beach. The Jávea golf course is also just a few minutes from the villa. Villa Nieto is an excellent option if you are looking for relaxation and fun for an unforgettable vacation experience. The entrance offers parking for 1 car, followed by a spacious terrace and is surrounded by a magical Mediterranean-style garden and the private pool forms the heart of the home offering unforgettable views. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and several shaded and sunny spaces. Nieto's interior is just the upper part of the villa, we enter a balcony with alfresco dining and views over the Mediterranean landscape, a small glazed terrace, and then into a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and dishwasher. We continue to a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV and then to 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and a private bathroom, then there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds plus a bathroom with a shower. From the balcony, stairs lead down to the pool terrace with a large sun terrace and patio furniture. At the back of the house, there is a barbecue area, ideal for summer evenings.
