Had a wonderful stay at James' place. The house was well appointed...kitchen was stocked, lots of bathroom towels. The beds were super comfortable. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. James was responsive to my messages. Can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood, great location close to Dune Road and other great beaches, supermarkets and great restaurant nearby, comfy sofas and nicely furnished house. James was super responsive to any needs and helped us promptly! Thanks for being such a great host! We will come back - and this is something we do not say lightly!

The house is nicely updated with a sleek layout and lots of amenities. Very clean and a beautiful water view. The host James was perfect and punctual. The location is in the heart of all the best of the Hamptons.

Beautiful, peaceful stay! James was very accommodating, and responsive. The pictures of the house do not do it justice!! To top it off, the view of the canal is the icing on the cake! Book your stay, you won’t regret it.
