My boyfriend and I stayed at Ken’s place for a week and had a fantastic time. The cottage was exactly as pictured and as described, and Ken was very responsive and helpful as soon as our reservation was booked! The water toys were perfect to explore the lake and fish, and the outdoor games made for some extra fun and competition. This cottage is beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a cottage getaway!

Beautiful place to stay, looks just like the photos and was very clean. Ken was super easy to communicate with and gave lots of helpful info about the area. The water is warm, great for swimming and kayaking. Would love to stay again sometime!

Our stay was very pleasant and peaceful. Plenty of toys for the lake kept our children busy. BBQ was top notch. Very quite area and neighbours were friendly when you saw someone.Beds were pretty comfy and great full for the Keri’s machine for the coffee. Ken was very kind and easy to get ahold of if needed. Oh! And Kawartha’s ice cream was 8mins away and we went every day. The best!

Our family of 4 stayed at this wonderful cottage at the end of August 2022. We have two young children (both under 5 years old) and the cottage space was perfect for us. It was clean, & very well decorated. The master bedroom was very roomy and allowed for us to pop up a playpen for our infant, too. The cottage offered a lot of outdoor activities that my family loved - paddle boat, canoe, kayak, floating water mat, bean bag toss & the use of the property hammock hanging in the tree. We also saw a lot of wildlife - chipmunks, soo many frogs, fish, a turtle and their baby was living under the dock, too! We also enjoyed fishing off the dock. So much to do! The Wifi & cell reception was fantastic. The ductless AC was great for the first day then it cooled down and we were able to just have the windows opened all day & night. And the new fridge was amazing - haha - the freezer kept everything sooo cold. It was a quick drive into town, including a Canadian tire, grocery store and of course, ice cream at Kawartha Dairy. Ken was a fantastic host. He provided everything we needed, and more! Ken also provided a PDF filled with the cottage information and he was incredibly prompt at responding to any messages. We definitely recommend this cottage!! Thanks, Ken!
