Magnifique maison au calme et décorée avec goût! Nous y avons passé un moment très agréable, et la météo particulièrement pluvieuse lors de notre passage, n’a en rien gâché notre séjour! La terrasse de la maison est parfaitement adaptée à toute les météos et la maison est extrêmement chaleureuse ! Accueil au top et super réactif! À refaire!

Our friends and my family I had an AMAZING time staying at Quinta da cavada in Vilar de Mouros. The house is huge, extremely cozy, close to many beautiful beaches. The garden is just magical and really beautiful. We enjoyed the pool (even though the weather during our stay was horrible) and the beautiful terrace a lot. The contact before and also during our stay was really easy and smooth. We also got the chance to check in one day earlier. Thanks so much again!! Pablo welcomed us very friendly. He was quick and attentive, always around if we needed something and gave us many tips. If you are looking for a quiet and romantic getaway not far away to beautiful beaches, and surrounded by a beautiful landscape book this place! Unfortunately during our stay it was raining heavy. That’s why the rain came into to house what caused a slightly wetness in the whole house. Also be aware that during cold days using the fireplace is a little tricky and needs some patience. Beyond all we are happy.

We loved this house!! Beautifully, sober-chic decorated with local items. Very big. Great porch for summernights. Lovely adventurous garden. Two fireplaces. Great kitchen with 70’s Brutalist tapas table. There is also a lovely dining room. Downstairs: one room with two bunkbeds, one room with a nice queenbed AND connecting bathroom, one other room with a queenbed. There is an extra bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a cool room with balcony. It has two beds, perfect for teenagers who would like to have there own space. There is also a bathroom upstairs. Photogenic, thick old stone walls. Great veranda with raffia lights. Lovely pool in an old bassin. Not big, but perfect for a dip and of course… perfect the kids ❤️ You can walk to the river, there is a nice local beach. The village is like in a movie with a Bar Central and supermarket. NOTE: each year in August there is a loud rockfestival 🎸 it started earlier than the stated dates.
