Had a great stay at Jessie’s place. It’s perfect for medical students like me rotating in the area. The house is clean, well maintained, the caretaker, Phineas, is proactive at catering to the guest’s requests at all times. Jessie even cooks great food for you whenever she visits, which was delicious. Jessie is easy to approach and does her best to keep the house perfectly functioning and ready for the guests. All in all, stay here was worth the price.

Phoenius is great, alwsys helpful, easily accessible; Jesse was good at keeping in touch, letting you know what to expect, ready to fix things as needed! Place was a bit more bare bones than I had imagined. Daily cleaning should be expected not just once a week. More like a Youth Hostel feel than an air bnb. If something bothers you, make them aware of it and they attempt to fix it.

You get what you pay for. Upon arrival the host gave me a brief tour. I was asked to pick a room. The room I picked so happen to have an extra bed in it. The host called Jessie to confirm my room selection. A few days later at 9:30 pm I was awakened by her employee to see if I would share the room with another guest because she double booked my room. I didn't pay for a shared room and the listing didn't state anything about it being a shared room. For some reason she had more ads on airbnb for my room as available and another listing as a shared room and available. She had her employee ask again for me to share the room a few days after that. This was very disturbing because I didn't pay for a shared room and she kept asking me to share the room with a stranger. I had to take this up with airbnb support because she doesn't offer refunds but made my stay unbearable. When she did come to the house she was very rude to her employee and down talked him in a disrespectful manner.
